Open Question: my beer wort is boiling right nbow, but I cant get it above 190 degrees..will it hurt my beer?

should I have started a rolling boil before anything else? can it hurt my beer not getting it to a rolling boil before adding all the ingrediants?

I’ve been brewing for a little while now, and I’ve made 5 batches so far using partial-mash technique. What are some of the techniques involved in all-grain brewing, and how much harder is it to do in terms of time involved and difficulty of the process?

Open Question: Is it legal to distill already distilled alcohol? And is it safe to do so?

Friends of mine made bowls of cocktails a while ago but forgot to drink it. Is it possible to recover the alcohol from the expired fruits by distilling it? Technically I won’t be making new distilled alcohol, so I wonder it would be legal. Since it’s not red wine there may not be methanol present. […]

So the bartender made me this shot called a “wet pussie”, yea I know sounds sick but, she never told me what was in it because she wanted to surprise me. Does any bartender know what this shot consists of? Its really good and would really like to have it again.
