Can most people tell if you go up a dress size?Normally I am a size 4 (size 27 in jeans) and I went on vacation, and now I am a size 28 in jeans. Can most people tell that I gained weight? 5-7 pounds…..or is it something that the gainer notices more?

Open Question: Will I lose muscle tone and mass with muscle relaxants?
My doctor put me on Lorazepam, which isn’t made to be a muscle relaxant but does have those properties I found out. I lift weights and am a body builder and was wondering if it will make me lose muscle tone and mass because lately my muscles have been feeling weak while taking it.
