Why do nights seem harder then days. What i mean is I’ve been observing my 15 year old and she seems like the happiest kid in the world when it is daylight, but once it gets dark and her little sisters are asleep she becomes so sad, and last night she cried in her room for an hour and then came into mine and cried herself to sleep in my arms. She isn’t depressed, she is just going through an amazingly though thing, If it were me I would have cried too, but why are nights so much worse.
