I recently started exercising after a long time and i feel great, althjough i noticed im sleeping less, i dont know if thats normal, cause im getting like 6 hours of sleep when just two months ago i needed like 9, its like i dont feel sleepy anymore..i was just wondering how much sleep is normal because, i just sleep like 5 hours sometimes and wake up and dont feel like going back to sleep again, and im so active during the day im afraid im not getting the rest i need…
